SAMSUNG THEME NOTICE: You need the Samsung theme plugin (paid) for the theme to work on Samsung devices:

ANDROID O NOTICE Even though Android O supports OMS, you must reboot your device after installing or updating overlays! This is required for the system to update the apps

ONEPLUS THEME NOTICE: You need Root for the OnePlus theme (OxygenOS theme) to work. Google ‘OnePlus Root +yourdevice’

NEED HELP? A Substratum theme is a huge thing, and every device, ROM and setup works differently. If you want to support us and the theme, please come to the Telegram group or email us if you need help. We can help with most questions, and answer quickly.

PLEASE do not report bugs in the review system. We will help each one of you if you ask in the Telegram group or email us. Reporting an issue in a review, and expecting us to fix it, won’t help. We need to be able to ask questions about ROM, app version etc.

APP ISSUES? Reapply the theme for that app and reboot.

WHAT IS NEEDED for the theme to work? You need the Substratum theme app! And your ROM must support Substratum. You need to look this up yourself by reading the FAQ, searching the web etc. ROOT might be needed for your specific ROM. The Samsung theme plugin, which is paid, is needed for Samsung devices.

IF THE THEME DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU: We offer a refund to everyone who downloaded the theme but cannot use it, just email us your order number.

BETA VERSIONS OF APPS, for example WhatsApp & Instagram beta, are NOT expected to work and NOT supported. Please do NOT report issues when using betas. Stable versions works just fine.
